2. Create a login in our job portal & record this information so you can check on the status of your application(s).
3. On average the application process takes about 10-15 minutes.
1. If you qualify for the position, a Woods Services recruiter will contact you via phone, email, or text within 24-48 hours.
2. The recruiter will ask you more about your work experience, provide an overview of the position, and answer any questions you might have.
1. If you qualify for the position based on your phone screening, the recruiter will schedule you with the hiring manager for an interview.
2. We encourage you to bring a copy of your education documents and an updated copy of your resume to your interview.
3. The hiring manager will review the position with you and your prior experience/education.
4. Depending on the position, an additional interview might be requested.
1. After all interviews are complete and the team agrees you’d be a great addition to Woods, the recruiter will reach out with an offer.
1. Pre-hire paperwork is sent via email with an attached link. You will need to create a login and complete the following paperwork before your medical screening:
- I-9 Form
- Tax Form
- Clearances
- Discloser Forms
1. Our Onboarding Specialist will contact you to schedule a medical screening appointment.
2. During your appointment, the medical team will conduct a physical and drug screen to ensure you meet the requirements for the position.
1. Our Onboarding Specialist will conduct your pre-employment appointment after completing your medical screening.
2. You will be instructed to provide the specific documentation to complete your HR file as well as complete a series of checks including criminal background check, criminal history check, and a PA/NJ Child Abuse check.
3. Lastly, your fingerprints will be recorded and your employee ID photo will be taken.
As long as all your paperwork and background checks are completed, you will be ready to start orientation. This is where you will learn more about Woods, receive hands-on training, and learn about safety procedures.
Once orientation is complete you will start your on-the-job training.
